Only payable if we successfully secure the property - whether by private sale, pre-auction offer, at auction, or post-auction negotiation.
If the property goes to auction and is not secured, a reduced fee of $795 + GST applies (our standard Auction Bidding fee).
Best for: Buyers who've found a property and want expert help to secure it - before, during, or after auction.

If negotiations have commenced and the property then proceeds to auction:
